Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

Please note:
You (the consumer) are responsible for arranging the safe return of goods.
For fireworks, returns must be handled by a specialist hazardous goods courier, at your own cost.
If you are unable to arrange this, we can recover the goods, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
⚠️ Only sign for the number of boxes that have arrived.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
